Who we are
Xpress Claims is the personal injury division of Beaumont Legal Solicitors, a business which has been acting successfully for individuals for over 100 years. All personal injury claims in the department are supervised by Daniel Hilton, a partner in the firm who has dealt with a broad range of personal injury claims for the past 14 years. Daniel is:

  1. A senior litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, the Association is an independent national group of solicitors that campaigns for better laws to help people who are injured or become ill through no fault of their own.

  2. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Injury Law from Leeds Metropolitan University.

  3. He has been a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel since June 2000. The Panel is made up of those solicitors who have gained the greatest experience in Personal Injury Law.
